If this policy is violated, your account may be terminated promptly without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, KenoaTV neither hosts nor creates content. We simply provide links to available online streams. It's the User's duty to avoid copyright violations in their region.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service comes "as is" without any guarantees. Complete uptime or constant channel availability isn't something we can assure. KenoaTV will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, that stem from using or being unable to use the Service.

11. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions or act in ways that harm our Service or other users, as we reserve this right.

12. Governing Law
